Office Updates:
We’ll be closed this Friday for the 4th of July.
If you’re running the @vamomentum Valley 4th Run be sure to stop by our canopy/table. We’ll have some giveaways, a fun competition or two and be providing pre/post race stretching.
Then we’ll be out of the office again a quick & fun trip.
