The Everyday Athlete is our remote programming for workouts/training, rehabilitation training and nutrition coaching to help you reach your health & fitness goals. We all possess qualities of an athlete within us and may need some help to express and unleash it onto the world. This program helps people reach the glory they desire.
This program has helped individuals get back to exercise & return to work fully after injury, run their first 5k to ultramarathon distance and stand on the podium of obstacle course races.
Initial consults will be done virtually through video calls to assess your movement and to discuss the ideal individualized plan for you.
